Mixing Mode Put the ingredients into the mixing bowl for chopping. Replace the blade with the butterfly whisk if needed.	Steaming Mode Fill the mixing bowl with water. Place the ingredient into the simmering basket/deep steaming tray/shallow stamping tray.	Kneading Mode Fill the dough quantity into the mixing bowl. Select the speed and clockwise/reverse mode.	Sauté Mode Add the ingredient into the mixing bowl and use the spatula to stir well. Oil added on the mixing bowl lid can drop to the mixing bowl directly.
